Meet The Team
Chris Salter
Founder & Inventor
Chris Salter is the inventor of Piano Wizard and founder of Music Brain Training Co. His vision was simple: make learning piano easier, faster, and more enjoyable through technology. Working alongside master piano educators Don and Delayna Beattie, he transformed that vision into the Piano Wizard Academy learning system.
Don & Delayna Beattie
Master Piano Educators
Renowned piano educators Don and Delayna Beattie developed the Piano Wizard Academy curriculum and appear throughout the Academy's instructional videos. Their decades of teaching experience and internationally recognized work in piano pedagogy have guided thousands of students and teachers around the world.
Vince Miele
Business Development & Virtual Campus
Professional songwriter and musician Vince Miele joined the Piano Wizard team in 2005. He developed the Virtual Campus, WizardTunes, affiliate program, website, and online learning platform while continuing to expand the Academy with additional music, resources, and educational content.
Eliana Salter
Office Manager & Founder of Shift Your Heart
For more than twenty years, Eliana Salter has been the welcoming voice behind Piano Wizard Academy. She oversees customer support, order fulfillment, and the day-to-day operations that keep the Academy running smoothly.
Outside of Piano Wizard Academy, Eliana is also the founder of Shift Your Heart, where she helps people navigate trauma, loss, illness, and life's most difficult challenges through natural healing approaches, emotional resilience, and inner peace. Her own journey through profound personal tragedy inspired a lifelong commitment to helping others heal.
Around the office, Chris jokes that Eliana somehow manages two careers while still making sure he remembers to eat lunch. Thankfully, she's just as organized as she is compassionate.
