When students start the game, they do not see traditional music notation. Instead, colorful objects, including circles, dinosaur eggs, and stars, scroll up the screen.
Before beginning, place the matching color-coded stickers on the piano or MIDI keyboard.
As each object reaches the top of the screen, simply press the matching colored key.
By matching the right colors at the right time, students begin playing real songs from their very first lesson.
Step 2: UNDERSTAND 🎹
Now the game begins connecting what students play to how music is written.
The on-screen keyboard moves to the left, and the colorful objects travel across the screen instead of upward.
This mirrors standard sheet music, where higher notes appear higher and lower notes appear lower.
Without even realizing it, students begin understanding how written music represents the notes they play.
By the end of this step, they are developing real music-reading skills naturally, without having to memorize notation first.

Now comes the biggest transition.
The on-screen keyboard disappears, and traditional sheet music takes its place.
