This tutorial is useful for piano teachers or parents with musical knowledge. If you know the fingering of a song, after you can edit the file and add piano fingering for your students / children.
The process is simple.
- Drop the MIDI file into your Piano Wizard my songs folder. For instructions refer to how to add songs to Piano Wizard.
- Select that song under SONGS menu
- Under OPTIONS menu, check FREEZE MENU
- Under VISUAL, check Fingerings
- Play the song...hit the ESC key on your computer keyboard to pause and reveal a scroll bar on the right
- Click the note you wish to add/edit fingering. Select the finger.
- Continue to scroll down until all fingering is added.
