Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. Pre-sales questions, to place an order by phone, affiliate partners, resellers, or other related questions may call (347) 705-7846. Purchase orders may be faxed to 1-303-530-4217. We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Please be descriptive in subject line.
Clicking on this button will bring you to the "Song Selection Screen". On this screen you will see two song folders: "Advanced Mode" and "Easy Mode" and the "Default Song". If you have selected a song folder and wish to change to a different folder you may go back by clicking on the "Up" arrow at the top of the song folders
