We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Please be descriptive in subject line.
Reset to Default: This will restore the factory settings for both Sound Effects and Music volume. Blue buttons to the right of "Sound Effects" and "Music Volume" will test the level of sound through your speakers.
