Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. I can't hear the keys I play

Please follow the steps below:


1. Go to the "Start" menu on your desktop
2. Go to the "Accessories" menu option
3. Go to the "entertainment" menu option
4. Click on "Volume Control"
5. Turn the SW Synth sound all the way up
6. Go into your game
7. Click on the "Audio" tab at the top of the game screen
8. Make sure that the Music Volume is turned up to a suitable level.
