We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Have client go to start menu, programs, accessories, entertainment, volume control. This will open control panel for the main sound on computer. Have client turn up SW Synth sound to full by moving the volume control bar to the top of the slider.
