Can't see the game objects
In regards to the songs or game objects not being visible, there are a couple of possibilities.
First unplug or turn off your keyboard to reset it. Sometimes on some models, little black buttons on the left hand side are inadvertently pressed, and they shift the keyboard up or down octaves at a time, so it can take you completely out of the range of the songs, and no notes will show overlapping with your keyboard. Unplugging the USB from the computer or turning the keyboard off will reset it to normal.
Within the software when in PREMIER MODE the hand placement is broken out under the "TRACK" section.
First you choose your song, under "SONGS", and then select "TRACK" to see the instrumental information about that song.
For all Easy Mode songs
Track 1: RIGHT HAND
Track 2: LEFT HAND
Track 1 is usually the melody, Right Hand, and is the default one set to "Play". You can enable any of the tracks, (Track 2 is Left Hand in our system) and see on the 88 key keyboard at the bottom where in the range of the piano that track lies. Make sure to move your red brackets showing your keyboard's range to overlap over that track as much as possible for maximum portions of the song to be playable. (Left and right with the little arrows at the side of the 88 key piano at the bottom.)
Two or more tracks will show you the aggregate or total range of all the tracks selected to Play. You can search inside non Piano Wizard MIDI files added to My Songs for the appropriate tracks to practice by turning each one on and off in turn and watching where the overlap occurs. You can also load the track, hit play, then escape button, and scroll forward to see how complex it is, and where it overlaps. MIDI files from the web are like a box of chocolates, and you never know who created them and how. Some are delicious, others not so much . .
Any tracks received from us, or even most that are downloaded from WizardTunes will be arranged with the melody in track 1 and left hand in track 2. If a song requires 2 hands as part of the Piano play, this will work. If a song does not require a second hand for its Piano section, then you are only adding another instrument's note tracks to your playable session, or playing the accompaniment.

That page contains video tutorials, and a broad FAQ for software functionality questions.
Within the software itself there is a HELP/DEMOS section that will explain things in great detail also.

Note that Version 2.0 does not support sub-song folders yet or .amm files. The Keyboard snd Tracks screens are the same though, and that is the useful part of that tutorial.
