Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. Pre-sales questions, to place an order by phone, affiliate partners, resellers, or other related questions may call (347) 705-7846. Purchase orders may be faxed to 1-303-530-4217. We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Please be descriptive in subject line.
| Insert the Piano Wizard Install CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive and follow the on-screen instructions. If the setup process does not begin automatically open "My Computer" and select the CD-ROM drive to start the process. If you experience any problems with installation contact Technical Support. |
