Please read this before requesting support

Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. Pre-sales questions, to place an order by phone, affiliate partners, resellers, or other related questions may call (347) 705-7846. Purchase orders may be faxed to 1-303-530-4217. We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Please be descriptive in subject line.

How to setup your Keyboard

 

"Keyboard Setup" From this screen you indicate to the computer the size of the musical keyboard you will be using. Hit the highest, then lowest pitches (far right, then far left keys) that you can use while playing the game.

Prior to using your keyboard, you must install its drivers.  Please run the CD that came with your keyboard. 

So the process is

1. Set up your keyboard so that your computer recognizes it.  Attach it to computer with cable.

2. Install Piano Wizard and run setup so that you can hear sound and your software recognizes the keyboard

3. If you run Piano Wizard without keyboard attached, it will alert you that NO MIDI is attached
and you will be unable to play the game.

Our new 2.0 software will run in demo mode without a keyboard
