Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. Pre-sales questions, to place an order by phone, affiliate partners, resellers, or other related questions may call (347) 705-7846. Purchase orders may be faxed to 1-303-530-4217. We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Please be descriptive in subject line.
| 1. Download the Windows 2000 MAudio uninstaller by clicking here 2. Unplug the keyboard from the computer 3. Run the uninstall.exe utility 4. Reboot your computer 5. Install the original MAudio driver from the CD that came in the packaging 6. For safety's sake, reboot. 7. Plug in the Keyboard and play Piano Wizard |
