Unable to enter Registration Code
This article refers to our Premier software.
It sounds like there is some snafu with either your browser or your email, in that you are not getting the second part in the mail.
Note that the update on the 1.0 sometimes gives a false error message, i.e., it says it failed, but when we look it actually updated correctly. We don't have a way to fix that false error message as that software is about 10 years old, but the good news is that it actually works, just gives the false error, so its not a real issue.
First, I need you to review these videos on how 1.0 registration and set up happen.

You will be receiving the second part of the registration, the license key from us in this email, so you will NOT need to register it online, it will be "pre-registered" and should work when you input both codes.

This should help you with the keyboard set up, remember that the update button on Macs sometimes gives a false "error" message, but in fact it is updated with the latest 1.0 version and songs.
