Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. Pre-sales questions, to place an order by phone, affiliate partners, resellers, or other related questions may call (347) 705-7846. Purchase orders may be faxed to 1-303-530-4217. We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. Please be descriptive in subject line.
To Upgrade to Premier first you must have your game registered. Once you have done that go to the gmae main menu screen. The fourth button down should say Premier. Click on this button and it will walk you through the process of upgrading. Once you are done with this a new license key will be emailed to you.
