Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. We currently do not accept technical support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below. To escalate your issue please submit detailed information including the optional fields in your ticket. If we cannot resolve your issue here a troubleshooting call may be scheduled. You must be logged in as Administrator fix for Windows Vista

If you are running Windows Vista and are unable to run Update, or get the error message "you must be logged in as Administrator", try this fix:

You may turn the UAC back on once you have run the Updates but you will have to turn it off every time you need to run Updates.
